EL TRIBUNAL<\/strong> <strong>SUPREMO ELECTORAL<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>DECRETA LA CONVOCATORIA A ELECCIONES <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f5f3.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\uddf3\ufe0f\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Del presente Decreto se resalta lo siguiente<\/p><p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f7e1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udfe1\" \/>FASES DEL PROCESO ELECTORAL<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>PRIMERA FASE<\/strong><\/p><p>21\/1\/23 AL 26\/3\/23 <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f6ab.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udeab\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/274c.svg\" alt=\"\u274c\" \/>Prohibida la realizaci\u00f3n de campa\u00f1a electoral.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfCON QUE FINALIDAD ES ESTA FASE?<\/strong><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f536.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd36\" \/>Para que los partidos pol\u00edticos puedan postular e inscribir a sus candidatos para todos los cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/270d-1f3fb.svg\" alt=\"\u270d\ud83c\udffb\" \/><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f536.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd36\" \/>Para que los partidos pol\u00edticos puedan designar fiscales nacionales, titulares y suplentes, del 21 al 28 de enero de 2023.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f536.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd36\" \/>Para que los comit\u00e9s c\u00edvicos electorales puedan postular e inscribir candidatos para alcaldes y dem\u00e1s miembros titulares y suplentes de las corporaciones municipales, este periodo vence el 26 de marzo de 2023.<\/p><p><strong>SEGUNDA FASE<\/strong><\/p><p>Comprende la campa\u00f1a electoral de los candidatos a cargos de elecci\u00f3n popular, inicia noventa d\u00edas antes de la fecha en que se celebren las Elecciones generales (27\/3\/2023) hasta 36 horas antes de la elecci\u00f3n convocada.<\/p><p><strong>TERCERA FASE<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f4c4.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcc4\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f4c3.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcc3\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Comprende desde la realizaci\u00f3n de las elecciones generales, hasta la conclusi\u00f3n del proceso electoral, el 31\/10\/2023, mediante decreto del Tribunal Supremo Electoral<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f7e1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udfe1\" \/>El establecimiento de los distritos electorales, circunscripciones electorales municipales y en el extranjero (atenci\u00f3n especial con el tema del extranjero)<\/p><p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f7e1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udfe1\" \/>FECHA DE ELECCIONES<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f5f3.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\uddf3\ufe0f\" \/><\/strong><\/p><p>DOMINGO 25 DE JUNIO DE 2023<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f7e1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udfe1\" \/>DISTRIBUCI\u00d3N DE LOS DIPUTADOS<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f7e1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udfe1\" \/>NORMAS ESENCIALES DEL PROCESO ELECTORAL<\/p><p>Dentro de las cuales resaltan<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f536.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd36\" \/>L\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de gastos de campa\u00f1a electoral de los Partidos Pol\u00edticos, (US$0.50) <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f4b5.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcb5\" \/>por cada ciudadano empadronado al 31\/12\/2023, equivale a Q.34, 954,222.57.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f536.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd36\" \/>Techo de gastos de campa\u00f1a electoral de comit\u00e9s c\u00edvicos electorales, a raz\u00f3n en quetzales a US$ 0.10, <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f4b5.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcb5\" \/>por cada ciudadano empadronado de la circunscripci\u00f3n municipal respectiva, hasta el 31\/12\/2022, en el cual resalta el Departamento de Guatemala con un total de empadronados de 807,694, con un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de gastos de campa\u00f1a Q634,045.44.<\/p><p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f7e1.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udfe1\" \/>VIGENCIA<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>El presente Decreto entrara en vigor inmediatamente (20 de enero de 2023).<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6bd90c elementor-widget
